Dim-er Halwa

4 eggs
1 cup Liquid Milk
1/2 cup Powder Milk
3/4 cup Sugar
2 Darchini pieces
3 Elachi (ripped)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence


Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Heat 1 Tbsp Butter Oil in a pot and add the mixture stirring continuiusly on medium flame.
Cook until all the water evaporates and it forms fine granules.

Remove from fire and decorate with slices of Almond and Pistachio.
Serve with Paratha, puri, or chapati.
