Icing on Cake

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
Prepare icing by putting all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over cake. This is very good chocolate cake and very easy to prepare.
