Quick Garlic Bread


Ingredients:

2 cups plain flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda or 1/2 tsp instant yeast
2 tablespoon garlic paste
2 tablespoon chopped coreander
1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon canola oil or 1 tablespoon olive oil
Paneer


Directions:

1. Lightly grease a loaf tin and set aside.
2. Stir together the flours, soda/yeast, garlic, herbs, and salt.
3. Stir into the dry ingredients the mustard, oil and water until just mixed.
4. If using yeast, let dough rise for about half an hour and knead briefly once more.
5. Pour into the loaf pan and place in the oven (unheated) for about an hour.
6. Brush top with some olive oil and sprinkle some cheese (paneer) on top.
7. Bake at 200 C.for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
