Beef Bhuna - 2

Boneless Beef - 1 kg

Panch Foron  - 1 tea spoon
Garlic paste   - 1 Table spoon
Ginger paste  - 1 Table spoon

Garam Masala     - 2 level teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon
Black pepper       - 20
Salt                      - 1.5 tea spoon


Onion beresta - 1 cup



Steps:

Heat generous amount of oil. Add panch foron. In a minute, add garlic and ginger paste.

Add meat.

Add rest of spices - garam masala, chili powder and black pepper.

Mix well and saute.

Let the meat release the water. No extra water should be needed .

Add bereshta. Cook in pressure cooker for 15 mins.
