Braised Chicken

Chicken breast - 4 - cut into thin 1in lices Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp Garlic paste - 2 tsp Ginger paste - 2 tsp lemon juice - 2 tsp Salt - 1 tsp Pepper - 1 tsp Marinate chicken with all ingredients for 2 hours. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until just cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes. Add tomato and capsicum and cook further 3 to 4 minutes.
