Sweet Yogurt



Ingredients:

1 can evaporated milk - carnation 12 oz
1 can condensed milk - eagle brand 14 oz
1 ½ cup of (thick) yogurt -
1 ½ cup of whole milk
Cardamom powder- 1 tsp




Steps:


  1. Boil the milk & then let it cool for some time. It should be in a room temperature.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  3. Beat in the curd so that there will be no lumps.
  4. Then add condensed milk and evaporated milk. Mix well for 1-2 min. Add cardamom powder & again mix well. ( did not use electric beater)
  5. Transfer it to an oven safe square/rectagle 2 qt dish. 
  6. Now reduce the oven temperature to 200 degree F. Then place the dish inside the oven for 40-45 mins.
  7. After 40 mins it should be bit thick in consistency. Then let it cool for some time & keep it in the refrigerator overnight.
