Steps:
Make bereshta
Saute Shukna Marich to Lobongo and grind it
Saute ada and roshun and grind it
Cut the meat into thin 2″ or 3 ” strips . Pound them lightly with hammer or something heavy.In hot pan, add meat and then oil.
Add all the ground spices and salt to taste.
Cover and reduce heat to cook for 30 + minutes until meat is cooked.
