Rice Four (modified Chhiit) Roti

1 cup rice flour
1/2 cup flour
3 cup hot water
1 tsp salt
2 green chilies
1 cup diced onion
1/2+ cup chopped cilantro


Mix flours and salt and add hot (below boiling) water. Mix well and keep for 10-15 mins.
Add remaining ingredients.
Spray hot pan with oil. Mix well before every take - pour 1/2 cup of liquid on pan.
After 5 minuted reduce heat and cover.
After 5 minutes turn and fry other side for 5-10 mins.
If towards end, remaining mix is thick, add some more hot water.
