Bangladeshi Thai soup

1 small can mushroom

-Saute

Ginger minced 1 tsp

Garlic minced 1 tsp

-Saute

Shrimps cooked 6 ozhopped 1/2 cup

Paprika 1 tsp

TomYum paste 2 tbsp

Soy Sauce 2 tbsp

-Saute. Set aside.


Water 6 cups ( room temperature)

Egg 1 + Corn Starch 3 tbsp + Water 3 tbsp - Mix well

Ginger 3 slice

Salt 1 tsp

Lemon leaves - 4 - deveined

-Cook on low for 5 mins

Green chili 3 whole pc

Lemon juice 1 tbsp

-Stir until boiling
