Shorisha Beef

oil 1/2 cup
onion sliced 1/2 cup
-Saute till just turning brown

Med heat
Beef boneless 1 kg
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red pepper powder 2 tsp
Cumin powder 2 tsp
Coreander powder 1 tsp
Garlic 4 tsp
-Add to pan and saute  for 5+ mins

Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Tomato (medium) diced 2


Cover and cook on medium LOW till meat is tender ~ 45 mins


boiling water  about 1 cup to get desired gravy
optional - add potatoes, boil  for 15 mins to cook potatoes 

Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
Mustard seed 1 tsp
Paste ( preferred over grinding), add to pot and cook for no more than 5 mins.

Normally meat koshie nibe without gorom Mashallah and ginger. Meat norom hoye gele per kg 1 tspoon mustard and half tea spoon methi powder add kore posondomoto gravy rekhe namabe. Don't boil for long time after adding mustard and methi.
