Onion 1 cup
Salt 3/4 tsp (1 tsp is too salty)
Saute for 5 mins.
Garlic fresh minced - 2 Tbsp
Red chili 1/2 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Saute till oil separates.
1 can coconut milk (400 ml)
Cook stirring for 15+ mins, until coconut smell is gone and gravy is very thick.
Add shrimp (thawed, cooked colossal peeled and deveined, 12 oz, ~14 ct).
After 2 mins turn the shrimp, and add 1 thinly sliced roma tomato.
After 5 mins, add chunks of 1/2 tomato and turn off heat.
