Chicken kabab pasanda style

2 large chicken breast - slice 1/2 in thick pieces 
yogurt - 2 tablespoon 
ginger paste - 1 teaspoon 
garlic paste - 1 teaspoon 
red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
cardamom - 3 pcs
cinnamon sticks - 2 pcs
clove - 4 pcs
nutmeg - sprinkle lightly 
lemon juice of 1 regular/small piece.

Marinate for 30 mins to 1 hr

Onion - 1/2 of medium, sliced 

Steps:

Heat oil
Fry onions until brown ( like bereshta)

Add marnated chicken and cook on medium heat for 5 mins, stirring often.

Add 1 teaspoon salt. reduce heat and cover for 20 mins 

When water dries, add freshly ground black pepper and stri for a couple of mins.
