soak at least 12 hours, boil for 10 mins + simmer for 20 mins , drain water (important)
olive oil
4 cloves garlic minced, saute
half large bokchoy ( 4 stems)
1/2 green bell pepper
add beans
- fry for 5 mins
add less than 1 litre broth/water
(made broth in separate pot with 1 liter water)
lime juice - less than 1/2 medium lime
2 twigs of fresh basil leaves
1 tsp pink salt
simmer for 10 mins
