Ingredients
- Minced beef - 2 lbs
- Chopped Garlic - 1/2 cup
- Red Chili powder - 2 tsp
- Soy Sauce - 1/4 cup
- Oyster Sauce - 1/4 cup
- Bell Pepper - 1/2
- Dried basil leaf - 1/4 cup
- Green Chili (split) - 4
Method:
Put the minced beef in a little water and cook for 20 mins. Top off the excess water.
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic. Saute for 30 seconds. Add beef , chili powder,soy sauce + oyster sauce and cook, stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Cover and let cook for 10 mins.
Add bell pepper and cook covered for 5 mins.
