Kata masala beef

1 kg boneless beef
Cardamom 3
Cinnamon 2
Bay leaf 1

onion 2 medium or 1 1/2 cups
garlic slices 3 table spoon
ginger slice 1 table spoon
Shukna morich 6/7 halved

cumin powder 1 tsp
coreander powder 1 tsp
chili powder 1/2 tsp


yogurt 1/2 cup
salt 2 teaspoon

vinegar 1 table spoon

potato 3

green chillies x 4

saute cardomom, cinnamon and bayleaf for 1 min
add onions, garllic, ginger, shukna morich. fry for 1 min
add cumin, coraleander, chili powder. add salt and yogurt. cook for 5 mins.

Add beef, stir to mix well with existing  spices. 
Add vinegar.
Cook for 1.5 hours or so. add potato when About 15 mins left.a add green chillies.
